 Reporting to a Branch Manager and Director of Operations, Oscar will have full responsibility for running a $100,000 store operation, to get the feel of the business. He sees a lot of potential for advancement:

     "The Operations Director expressed sincere interest. His plans are to train me for 3-6 months and move me to a branch as the Branch Manager. But, what is extremely important, there is no level of management between the Operations Director and the Branch Manager in an expanding company. Therefore, within a short period of time (2-3 years), they are going to need a Regional Director level. Five positions will be available.

     "The company has growth potential, and the next few years will be very interesting.

 They are opening 3 new branches this year and are scheduled to open 11 next year. As the expansion takes place, they will have to enhance their corporate staff. There is a possibility that I could fill one of those positions."

 Oscar said he had been contacted by two other potential employers and a few recruiters, but accepted this because of the potential. He noted several SET resources that helped him:
